The Arranmore Challenge app and website (the “Service”) are operated by Hexa Studios. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to use the email address or social account you sign in with.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password and sign-in credentials confidential. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• •Post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.
• •Post content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• •Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a team or tournament.
• •Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ accounts.
• •Ignore reasonable instructions from tournament administrators or organisers.

You retain ownership of the posts, comments and images you create (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content you grant Hexa Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

You can edit posts for a short window after posting, and you can delete your posts at any time. Tournament administrators may also remove content from their tournament if it breaks these terms.

Each tournament has one or more administrators. Administrators control fixtures, scoring, and the membership of their tournament, and they may remove content or members that breach these terms or the tournament’s own rules.

Posts may include up to three images. Uploaded images are processed automatically to create a full-size and a thumbnail version. Do not upload graphic, illegal, or copyrighted material that you are not entitled to share.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best to keep it running reliably but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially during ongoing development. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that is harmful to other users or to us. You can close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexa Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute connected with the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
